Hello all! You may have noticed a few changes happening around Becky Bakes. My lovely sister-in-law has been helping me with some design changes (I am definitely a better baker than coder)! She does a fantastic job and I love the changes. I really wanted something simpler with the focus all on the food. There will still be a few tweaks here and there so hang in there while I wrap up this little remodeling project.
In other news, I am expecting baby #4…yay! We are thrilled and the kids are excited at the prospect of adding a new brother or sister to their ranks. My joy is somewhat tempered by first trimester fatigue and morning (well, all day actually) sickness but that should hopefully pass quickly. My appetite is a little fickle right now too but I still have lots of yumminess coming your way soon (Christmas cookies, anyone?!).
Now for pie! I posted a recipe for Tuscaloosa Tollhouse Pie 1 year ago today but it most certainly bears repeating. It is so good. Gooey, rich, and delicious! If you still need another Thanksgiving day dessert this one would be a winner! You can find the recipe in this post.
